Advisory Board
VICTORIS will have a dedicated Advisory Board comprising experienced professionals, retired senior government officers, domain experts and specialists from various fields. The purpose of the Advisory Board will be to provide expert guidance, strategic advice and professional support in matters requiring specialised knowledge and experience. The Advisory Board includes retired senior officers and experts from Central and State Government departments and organisations, including:

- Economic Offences Wing (EOW)
- Vigilance Departments
- Additional District Prosecution Officers (ADPO)
- Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDM)
- Tehsildars and Revenue Officers
- Prison / Correctional Services Officers
- Senior Police Officers
- Defence / Armed Forces Officers
- Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS)
- Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)
- Judicial Officers / Retired Judges
- District Prosecution Officers (DPO)
- Patwaris and other Revenue Department officials
- Forensic Experts
- Medico-Legal Experts
- Handwriting and Document Examination Experts
- Senior Advocates and Legal Experts
- Senior Bank Managers and Banking Experts
- Other professionals and subject-matter experts as may be considered appropriate.
The Advisory Board will provide independent professional inputs, specialised expertise, strategic guidance and sector-specific advice to VICTORIS, particularly in matters involving verification, intelligence, compliance, investigation, risk assessment, threat analysis, legal issues and security planning.
The composition of the Advisory Board may be expanded from time to time to include additional experts and professionals according to the requirements of VICTORIS and its clients.
