As a former senior officer of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, he has operated at the highest levels of internal security, intelligence operations, and threat assessment.
Beyond operational leadership, Mr. Khan is a recognized authority in institutional training. He served as a Training Officer and Faculty at the Central Academy for Police Training (CAPT) under the Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D), where he shaped the next generation of law enforcement in intelligence methodologies, verification systems, and investigative approaches.
